Course overview

Based on the national Traffic Incident Management (TIM) training standard, this course addresses the leading cause of struck-by injuries and deaths for responders working roadway incidents.

The roadway is often the most dangerous part of the entire call — more dangerous than what brought the crew there in the first place. This course is about building the habits that keep everyone on scene, including tow operators and DOT crews, out of the travel lane's line of fire.
