Course overview

Stop the Bleed trains civilians and professionals alike to recognize life-threatening bleeding and act before EMS arrives — the same techniques used by trauma surgeons and combat medics, simplified for immediate use.

Uncontrolled bleeding can be fatal in minutes — well before an ambulance can realistically arrive. This is a short, hands-on session by design: it's meant to be repeatable across a whole workplace or school, not just a handful of designated safety staff.
